RETURNS / REFUND PROCEDURE If for any reason, you are unsatisified with your purchase, you can return
it back to us within seven days (statutory rights are not affected). This
must be in the original packaging. To ensure accurate processing of your
refund, please call our Customer Services hotline on 0117 964 0404. You
will receive instructions and a reference number for return. Products
returned without the reference number will delay your refund. Please note
that all returns must be accompanied by the invoice received with your
order. Unless the product is faulty. Any electrical items and liquid
products etc that have been returned used or opened will not be accepted
for refund. Please be sure to obtain a receipt from the carrier.
WINSTONE BUILDING PLASTICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE INTERNET ORDERS
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made by
you, the customer, from Winstone Building Plastics. In purchasing products
from us using our online order form, you agree to abide by these terms and
conditions of sale which form the only agreement between us.
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE For all enquiries regarding your order(delivery, returns, and/or
questions),
please contact Winstone Building Plastics Customer Service team on 0117
964
0404 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
2. MONEY- BACK GUARANTEE Winstone Building Plastics offer a 7 day money-back guarantee if you
should
change your mind. This is calculated from the day that you receive your
order. Should you wish to return any product, please advise Winstone
Building Plastics Customer Service Team on 0117 964 0404. The following
conditions will apply:
1:- You are responsible for maintaining the item in the same condition as
when you received it.
2:- If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to
a
money-back guarantee is waived.
3:- The item is to be returned at your own expense, undamaged and in its
original packaging within 7 days of having received it. Original Postage
and
Packing charges will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE ! This money-back guarantee will not apply for any electrical
items and liquid products etc that have been used or opened.
3. RETURNS For defective or incorrectly delivered items, please contact Winstone
Building Plastics Customer Service Team on 0117 964 0404 for a return
number
as soon as the problem is detected, or at least within 7 days of having
received your delivery.
If the item is defective or incorrect according to what you ordered,
Winstone Building Plastics will pay for the return postage. The following
conditions will apply:
- Defective items are to be returned in the same condition as they were
received.
- When the item is returned to us , we will check it as per the above. If
these conditions have been met, the item will be replaced or a refund will
be made for the purchase price plus postage and handling costs within 7
days.
4. WARRANTY Winstone Building Plastics offers a 1 year warranty against product
defects.
Your invoice must be kept as a proof of purchase. If a problem is
experienced during the warranty period, contact Winstone Building Plastics
Customer Service Team for advice and help to resolve the problem.
5. WAYS TO PAY Winstone Building Plastics accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH and DELTA
CARDS.
Please ensure you have a valid debit/credit card when ordering. Winstone
Building Plastics customers must be 18 years and over. You will be asked
your personal details and it is your responsibility to ensure that they
are
correct.
Winstone Building Plastics accepts orders by post. Please send personal
cheques and postal orders to: Winstone Building Plastics Unit 2 Bakers
Park
Cater Road Bishopsworth Bristol BS13 7TT. Cheques should be made payable
to
Winstone Building Plastics Limited.
6. STATUTORY RIGHTS To obtain a refund you are obliged to return goods in the condition they
were received. However, for the avoidance of doubt, this does not apply to
products that are deemed not to have met the required standard, under the
law. In these cases, such products will be considered defective and the
purchase price plus postage and handling costs will be be refunded in
full.
7. LIABILITY If you have notified us of a problem with a product we will remedy the
problem either by way of replacement or refund. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
We willl replace faulty products or those that may have discrepancies with
the order at our own expense but will not hold ourselves liable for any
labour cost, administrative cost, loss of profit or any other compensation
arising from any problem relating to the goods.
Our delivery times are given as a guide only and we will not be held liable
for any loss or cost resulting from a late delivery.
Our online shop consists of a vast number of measurements and details for
our products and these are offered as a guide only. If any measurement is
found to be incorrect and causes a problem for you we will replace or refund
the value of the product but will not be liable for cost or compensation.
8. DELIVERY We aim to deliver our orders within 7 days of them being accepted and a
delivery date will be advised on acceptance of your order.
Products that are dispatched by our nominated carrier will require a valid
signature as proof of delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we
will make every reasonable effort to ensure delivery in 7 days. We only
deliver to UK Mainland & Wales. For products to be shipped to Northern
Ireland, Isle of Wight, Republic of
Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands please contact Winstone Building
Plastics Customer Service Team for a postage and
package or carrier quotation. Please note that made to measure and special
order items may take extra time and you will be advised of a delivery date
at the time of order.Claims for damaged or short delivered goods will not be
accepted unless notified on our delivery notes.
9. CANCELLATION OF INTERNET ORDERS All orders for our stock items can be cancelled up to 3 days before despatch
date by giving your details in writing by post , fax or e-mail.
Cancellation of any special order or made to measure products can only be
accepted where the manufacture has not already commenced.
Stock items that have been ordered in error can only be returned upon
receipt of a returns number issued by us. Such returns request must be made
within 7 days of receipt of goods and the goods must be received by us
within 7 days of our issue of the returns number. These returns will be
subject to a 20% restocking charge and the return carriage costs will be
borne by you. Any returned goods that are deemed unsaleable will not be
credited.
10. PRICE AND PAYMENT The prices that apply to any order are those offered on our online shop at
the time of ordering.
All prices are subject to carriage and other charges as set out on our
order form.
Full payment is due at the time of order unless terms are otherwise agreed
in writing.
Account customers payments shall be due in accordance with our agreed terms
and conditions.
If in the event of your payment not being made when due, or of the payment
not being honoured by your nominated bank, we will therfore take action to
recover the debt and will charge interest at 5% over HSBCs current base rate
until full payment (including all interest and our cost) is received,
whether before or after judgement.
11.COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS The information and images used on this web site is copyright of Winstone
Building Plastics Limited. You may copy any of the information used on this
site for the sole purpose of ordering from us. Any other usage of this
website and its contents is prohibited without our written agreement. Any
Trade marks or names included within this website are owned by us or our
suppliers and should therefore not be used in any way that infringes on
their holders rights.
12. ONLINE SECURITY AND SAFETY We will do our very utmost to ensure that we deal with you in a safe and
secure way.
Here At Winstone Building Plastics we use a secure server for credit or
debit card transactions to protect your card information. However we cannot
accept any liability for any loss incurred by customers using e-mail or the
internet.
Our computer system is protected by a firewall that is designed to prevent
hackers from gaining access to our computer held records.We cannot guarantee
that hackers will not break our security and cannot accept any liability of
any loss if such an event should occur.
13. AVAILABILITY All orders are subject to availability. If goods are out of stock, you may
be offered a substitute product.
14. VAT All prices stated include VAT at the appropriate rate.
15. SAFETY ADVICE For your own safety, we recommend you carefully read all
safety/instructional information provided with the product. Please view
instructional videos where supplied. Please inspect electrical products
for
any signs of damage and notify Winstone Building Plastics Customer Service
Team, if necessary.
